The are was quite felt safe however, the interior was not what i expected. Furnitures old looking only one of the AC was working so we all stay in the bedroom with the working AC. Too hot not to have AC in the living room fan cannot manage the heat.

Great and safe location, perfect if you want to visit the Luminous Bay! Good facilities! Nice tv, great shower, AC and a big fridge was the main reasons for us! Kitchen is also great for cooking, with a good variety of equptment.

− Nothing really, but if something, the guards did not really understand the term airbnb/booking, so we spent some time getting access, but it really juat shows how secure we was at the place!

The owner was very communicative and quick to respond or send assistance whenever any questions or issues arose. The house is lovely, spacious and well decorated. The a/c in the queen room is icy cold and fantastic. The a/c in the double room was not as cold but still fantastic to have during these hot, humid days. The couch is softer than it looks so sit gently and enjoy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft or too firm. The refrigerator is very cold and was perfect for us to have our own groceries with us. There were even ice trays already filled with ice waiting for us, as well as bottles of water and a few snacks. There was ample dishware and cooking tools to prepare and enjoy all of our meals. The washing machine was great for washing our laundry before we left and hanging it on the line to dry. So we had clean clothes to take back with us, instead of repacking dirty. The house is very secure, though I'll admit it took some help from the owner to find the lock on the gate. We felt very safe. The shower was cool, refreshing and very powerful, so after long days at the beach, we were able to get nice and clean. This house was about 5mins drive to the nearest beach. I highly recommend traveling the coast and trying several different beaches, as we did. Each one was so different from the next and they were all within reasonable driving distance from this house. This was a fantastic place to stay and thankfully affordable as well, for my family. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. * Note that my pictures are from just before we left so the blankets are folded as we left them instead of the beds made up as beautifully as when we arrived

− There were only a few minor issues that came up while we were there but the owner addressed them quickly. The water sprays out of the shower or leaks, so we had to soak it up with towels. No a/c in the main part of the house, so it was a bit hot in there, especially when cooking, but the owner provided a fan and there is a ceiling fan as well, so that helped. The gate lock was hard to find, so we couldn't go in when we arrived, but the owner sent help quickly and all was well after that. Google maps does not give the correct location for mapping, which made us worry we'd get lost, but the owner sent the correct directions immediately through the reservation site and then also called us to make sure we got them. The WiFi was out after the first night, so we couldn't watch TV, but that might've been due to the hurricane damage and the lines being worked on. There was no hot water, which was only a bother when washing dishes, because we didn't want to take hot showers since it's too hot and we wanted to cool down, but I do usually like to wash my dishes in hot water. The owner is already on it and sending someone to take care of that and the tub. She was amazing throughout. The water issue we didn't even tell her until we were leaving or I'm sure she would've already had someone there to fix it. Since the hurricane just happened a week ago, there are issues everywhere and none of these minor things would prevent me from staying there again. The house we were previously at does not have a/c or even running water, so this house is an absolute jewel in comparison. Do not let these things keep you from staying at this house. I only shared them to help prepare the next guest.
