10.0Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans un somptueux appartement dans une demeure historique, très calme, propreté impeccable., très bonne literie. Logement très bien situé proche du centre historique de La Laguna. Communication efficace même si ce n'était pas de visu, hôte très aimable et réactif. Une excellente adresse!

10.0Nava Suites è stata una scelta eccellente per il nostro soggiorno a La Laguna. La struttura nasce da un edificio storico restaurato con grande cura, riuscendo a conservare il suo fascino originale e a coniugarlo con ambienti moderni e funzionali. Le suite si affacciano su un piacevole patio interno, mentre un piccolo giardino comune offre un ulteriore spazio di relax. Gli interni sono ampi, luminosi, arredati con gusto contemporaneo e dotati di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La pulizia è impeccabile, uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente. Il check-in è completamente autonomo e si svolge senza difficoltà. Inoltre, quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e rapido nel risolvere ogni richiesta. Una struttura che consiglieremmo senza esitazione a chi desidera soggiornare nel cuore di La Laguna in un ambiente elegante, tranquillo e curato nei minimi dettagli.

8.0Buena experiencia, apartamento muy amplio y fresquito a pesar del calor, las camas eran muy cómodas y la verdad que era todo muy bonito. Tenía un patio exterior precioso que era comunitario y muy cómodo para sentarte a tomar café con tranquilidad.
− Se escuchaba todo de las personas que teníamos encima pero por lo demás bien, tampoco estuvimos mucho tiempo en el apartamento.

10.0Las suites eran muy cómodas y amplias, estaban muy limpias. El personal era muy agradable. Volveremos sin duda.
