Memorable camping type stay in a lovely location

8.0

Friendly hosts - very helpful. Location was lovely - the bus was at the bottom of a field away from others. A very quiet spot, great to sit outside in the evening with a bbq and fire pit. Fun to see the alpacas and other animals. Good attention to recycling. The bus itself was a novelty and will be fondly remembered

The bus is fantastic for a family - kids will love it but the bunk beds (4 in total), are a bit small for adults. We were a party of 6 men for a reunion. 2 slept in one double bed, 1 had a double bed to himself, 2 in the bunk beds and 1 slept downstairs. As long as you are prepared for this it's not an issue but don't expect much privacy. In hot weather the bus is not well ventilated and is in full sun in the afternoon. It was cooler at night though and fans were provided in the bus. There was one umbrella for shade outside, a few more would make it more comfortable in the extremes of summer weather that we now enjoy!

Brilliant trip, very happy kids!

Josh and Natalie were very welcoming and friendly. The kids loved seeing the animals, especially having the alpacas wandering over to see us. The bus itself was great, had everything we needed and the kids were thrilled to be staying on a bus!! A great family trip, would definitely visit again.

Second stay here, we will definitely be back!

This is our second visit to stay on the bus. My son absolutely loves staying here, we’ve done it for his last two consecutive birthdays. He would live there full-time if he had his way. The Bus is warm and comfortable, super thick mattresses for a great night sleep. Shower and toilet block next to the Bus are ideal. We love feeding the alpacas and the chickens. We also think the pigs are absolute characters. Josh and Natalie are welcoming and lovely hosts, I am sure we will be back again.
