4.0− Property needs some investment. The carpet feels dirty & there is a general unpleasant odour throughout. Decor is faded with damp stains on ceiling in both bedrooms and paint peeling off the wall in one. Though clean, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Not much to say :-(. We using booking.com a lot but never experienced something like that - I am sorry to say that but
3.0:-( not much The rooms where a decent size
− The inside of the property was ok - not great. It needs a lot of touch ups. The outside was terrible - every window you looked out into a garden full off rubble like a building side - as well at the entrance. The kitchen - dustbin was very dirty ( I have pictures if you need ) The worst were the tea/coffee cups … they looked like not cleaned at all We cleaned the cutlery and crockery before we used it. I left 2 cups there not cleaned so you can see what I mean :-(
