Trip to Wells
2.0My experience wasn’t pleasant. I booked a handicapped accessible room for 2 nights, June 9-11, 2026. The rug in the room was filthy. The electrical outlets weren’t working for plugging in hearing aids/cpap machine and the TV had “no signal”, shower wouldn’t work/water spurted out from the faucet in shower all over the floor. Upon telling the owner (Kiran) we were leaving after a very unpleasant first night, she refused to give me a refund for the second night which we weren’t staying.. her excuse was that she offered us a different room. Well, there were no other handicap accessible rooms except Room 106. She refused giving a refund. The furniture looked like it was picked up from a roadside FREE. The room did not feel clean. DO NOT GO THERE!

− The AC in my room(room 106) barley seemed to work so the room was super hot
