Overall, the stay was great. The communication with the management was excellent. Good job.
8.0Communication with staff on the day of check-in was good. View was good. Amount of beds were great. The welcome book was helpful.
− We had people coming in from all over the United States and asking them to bring their own towels was a bit ridiculous. Some of the furniture seemed a bit well worn and could use some replacing cleaning wasn’t the best in the kitchen and the living room areas. It was popcorn in cobwebs in the living room, and the cabinets had food on them. They were no clear directions on how to turn on the heat.
