8.0The location was fantastic, it was safe and very central, room was clean with free complimentaries and we had everything we needed. Self check in/out was easy to use, and lift was provided.
− Our initial room, the AC was not working properly, room was like a sauna even with AC on. We noticed we had 2 big electrical fans with earplugs provided in our room which was unusual. Temperature outside was very hot in July over 35°+ so we expected working AC. However, after reaching out to customer service. We had quick response from the team and moved to a different room, next door. AC was working perfectly, problem solved. The most expensive accommodation we paid for was Malaga for 1nt, compared to Ronda, Seville and Granada. So we expected at least working AC as basic requirements during the heatwave. Overall, apart from the AC issue, we had a lovely stay.

6.0Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, abends ist es etwas laut jedoch stellt das Apartment Ohropax zu Verfügung. Es war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind, jedoch ist es während des Aufenthalts unmöglich dies beizubehalten da es keine Utensilien gibt den Boden zu fischen, es gibt auch keine Geschirrtücher um das Geschirr zu trocknen. Man bekommt einen Schwamm, Spülmittel und ein Wettex (Schwammtuch).
− Kein Besen um die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Keine Geschirrtücher zum abtrocknen. Die Wohnung ist kleiner als auf den Bildern, der Balkon so klein, dass man gerade so zu zweit stehen kann. Leider nicht so wie auf den Bildern, man konnte nicht frühstücken geschweige denn Möbel rausstellen. Der Save hat nicht funktioniert, habe über WhatsApp das Personal kontaktiert- Batterien wurden nach zwei Tagen gewechselt - hat trotzdem nicht funktioniert. Im Bad gibt es keine Möglichen etwas abzustellen, mussten einen kleinen Tisch vom Wohnzimmer ins Bad stellen um unsere Sachen nicht am Boden abstellen zu müssen.

− Bed was so hard and one pillow each that was very flat. Unfortunately not great for me. They do provide earplugs which is a lovely touch but can be loud.
