10.0What a cool hotel. Stayed two nights while moving my youngest into their first NYC apt. Very clean and outfitted. However the BEST thing was the staff. They made me feel so welcome and were SO HELPFUL. I will be back.

Quiet modern oasis
10.0We loved our stay at the Penny! We were here for 5 nights for a wedding weekend, and were so comfortable. The room was remarkably quiet, spacious by New York standards, and included a lot of thoughtful extras, like a bathrobe and a kettle and fresh coffee setup. The roof bar / restaurant is amazing as well. We would love to stay here again- having a cool, quiet space at the height of summer in the city made all the difference on our trip! Also, being right in the middle of Williamsburg and near the L/G subway was a perfect home base to get to everything we wanted to do/eat/see.
