8.0The location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
− The big spa took a long time to fill and the shower over the spa was difficult to get in and out of.

Very happy and could recommend the Sorrento apartments to friends and family travelling to Merimbula
9.0We brought our own breakfast, The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The only hiccup was the 2nd Bedroom was locked when we arrived, then called after hours manager who came and unlocked the room. A bit annoying as we travelled all day and just wanted to unpack our things.
− We did request a ground floor apartment in the booking process, didn't receive a reply so I thought that was confirmed. As my travelling friend has a leg problem, the car park is under the building therefore you have to climb one lot of stairs to get to the ground floor rooms, then discovered we were on the second floor, which meant climbing more stairs as there is no lift access in the building. The after hours manager explained the owners of ground floor apartments were staying in house. Just a bit annoying but didn't detract from our stay.
Tedious. The stairs were a killer, especially with luggage 3 flights up from the carpark.

− No lift, too many stairs. Staff would not tell me my room number; I did not realise that it was the same as the lock box number. I hung on the phone waiting to be "verified" then gave up. I took a punt at the room number as this was scratched on the key.
