10.0The villa exceeded my expectations, it is nicer than the pictures. It had everything you need, very clean. Quick and easy check-in, precise and clear instructions about the location. The villa has its own pool and gym. The kindest and most responsive host I have ever met.

8.0Beautiful villas in the middle of nowhere but only a 10 mins grab to the towns. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Can hire a car for the day if you need to. Rooms are massive! Air con and fans in every room. Would 100% stay here again.
− Not all villas have a pool or access to one. Ours didn't which was my mistake when I booked it.

9.0房屋非常有当地特色，而且面积很大，独栋别墅很适合团体入住。绿植非常多，但是我们没有遇到蚊子，应该是有治理。在泳池边吃饭和等待日落非常美。
− 抵达别墅会经过相当长的一段小路，比我们预计的要偏僻一些。推荐的大型超市货品很齐全，适合烧烤，但请注意这里不售卖酒，我们也不知道哪里能方便买到。厨房没有食用油。
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Frangipani Villa and Limasan Tempe Villa does not have a private swimming pool. Spa, F&B and Gym facilities are unavailable. Local Heritage Fee will be collected by per room, per night of each Villa that is booked. This Fee will be collected upon check-in. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
