Absolutely nothing

− Nothing. It was a scam. Showed pictures of a totally different apartment to what was offered on arrival. No facilities, no balcony, no washing machine, no bathroom, blocked and smelly hand wash basin, Aircon not working. Extremely noisy road and other residents.Total scam . Refused to refund so as I could book something else.

− My experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing. I arrived on November 15th at the pre-confirmed time, and I even updated the host shortly before arrival. When I reached the building, it was impossible to locate the apartment – the entrances were confusing, some doors belonged to other people, and the property didn’t match the photos shown online. I contacted the host on WhatsApp, but despite multiple attempts, they were unable to guide me to the correct entrance. After waiting outside for more than 30 minutes, the host stopped responding and eventually told me to cancel the reservation so I could get a refund. I was left with no accommodation and had to book another hotel last-minute, including paying extra for transportation. Booking.com later assisted and processed a refund, but the overall experience with the host and this property was very poor. I would not recommend this place, especially for travelers arriving in the evening or those who rely on normal communication with the host.

− Hm first off they did not have what they advertised. I had to ask for them to give me kitchen things. Second I ask for some extra chairs, they say they will provide to when I come. I asked for the extra chairs for 3 days, they said they will provide but they never did. They did not have anything to clean the apartment, I had to buy ask myself. It's clearly just want to make most money from this and nothing else matters. There is alot of bugs and creeps around and the refrigerator is not isolated so I could find bugs inside and feaces from them. Alot of party around the neighborhood also. I won't recommend this place and I rather rebook my holiday than stay there again

To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other. When we arrived to the given address, in a very shabby building, and we opened the door, the smell of urine was TERRIBLE. It didn't come from the toilet but from the sofa bed, where our 3 year old daughter was suposed to sleep (also, they forgot to bring towels or linen for her). When we complained about this odour, we were offered another apartment, very centrally located and newer (this was a good change, actually), but it was still dirty in some plaves and... full of cockroaches. Also, there were no towels or linen for the baby. After insisting (since 17:00) MANY times, they brought the linen and the towel at 23:00. Our towels (not the one they brought for our daugther later) smelled a lot like vomit and they did NOTHING about the cockroaches, so we bought a spray and got rid of as many as we saw (about 12 of them), but they were everywhere, including the drawers in the kitchen. Also, the tube connecting shower was broken and so was one of the blinds and there were some old duvets in a closet that smelled so badly we never used that closet.
