Guest review
The worst experience
3.0That it was automatic.
− The room wasn't cleaned properly since it had stains on the curtains, the floor mat, the sheets (and I even found a black hair). The bathroom had flies and the water of the shower wasn't properly hot, as well as when you shower, there was a bad smell coming from all the bathroom. To sum up, everything was a disaster, the amount of money they charged me didn't correspond with the state of the room (was old and needed a renewal). I'm sorry, but I won't come again, since the only good thing was the coffee they offer on the coffee machine.
Very good
9.0The hotel manager ,Mahmoud, was an excellent host. I had a good room but due to a rat entering, I had to leave. Mahmoud was very helpful and polite throughout the process, solving the issue very promptly. I will be booking here due to the excellent service I received.
Pulizia eseguita solo su sollecito
