+ Excellent location near the Vatican and transport (train & bus)+ Rooms and bathrooms described as clean with daily housekeeping+ Comfortable beds and generally good value for money+ Quiet garden-facing rooms available; central yet calm neighborhood− Mixed/poor communication via WhatsApp and at least one instance of rude messages− Incident of staff entering occupied room and loud disturbances− Broken or unavailable amenities (kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, AC faults)

5.0Super lokacija, postrelje trde in hladno v sobi kljub klimi.
− Postelja in več udobja v kuhinji, male sobe zelo.
Rome magnifique
Overall stay was good except for the key code information.
7.0I like the location near to Vatican City and restaurants at walking distance. The room is clean and good room services.
− A bit complicated to get the room keys, instruction of key code was not given through email until we message the hose for it. We reach the apartment location at night 10pm and it was very cold outside. When contacted the hose, so many questions were asked before providing the key code.
