− Отель находится на шумной улице, и шум слышен через окна всю ночь. Окна должны быть потолще.

− Staff member on at reception at arrival barely looked up from what he was doing to communicate with us. When given the room key had to ask where the lift was etc. Was very uninterested .the air-conditioning was very poor in regards to output.
