Disappointing
6.0The property is in a convenient location to Torshavn if you have a car, suitable for a visit with friends or family at a reasonable price in comparison to hotels. However the listing of the property is misleading: 2 bathrooms are mentioned, but there is only one. As this was a factor when choosing this property, the experience was disappointing including the customer service provided: - no explanation or any token of apology received about the false listing - slow responses in general - upon check in we faced some issues: - the WhatsApp service chat was not responded to (even though we messaged within the indicated opening hours) - the emergency, out of hours number had a voicemail responder stating that opening hours are until 5pm - finally we received a response on email that maybe the next day they can look at our issues, so we ended up fixing the issues ourselves
