Decent stay, but a more personable guest experience would have been appreciated.
6.0The location was great, the gym was nice and the bedroom was comfortable.
− Guest services took too long to answer phones, housekeeping was inconsistent and I often had to repeatedly ask for room to be cleaned. Sometimes they didn’t come at all. The restaurant also didn’t accommodate or give preferential treatment to guests.

9.0Location. Cleaness. Very good neighbourhood. Amazing restaurant and pool as well as inside a super highend mall. We loved everything exceelt for breakfas t that missed the day to day omelete and simple orders
