6.0Definitely not 5 star customer service in terms of handling matters, but other than that everyone was very polite, room was not properly cleaned and instead of giving us another room, they had us wait for housekeeping to clean it up again. Room service took 30 minutes to bring one tea, mind you hotel is not even half full, we had to cancel the order because it was getting way too late. The only thing that redeems this travel is the SPA experience, everything was excellent. Overall i’d give this hotel 4 stars at best
