9.0The staff were really friendly and helpful (looked after our luggage when we arrived too early to check in, and then took it up to our room for us when it was ready). The location was good, just 20min walk from Central Rome attractions, ans 10mins from a Metro stop. The room was bigger than I was expecting and very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Really good value for money too.
− Not a problem really, but the hotel rooms are on the 6th floor and the lift was a little small, but its just down to the architecture of the older Italian building, so its not a complaint of the hotel, just something to note.
