6.0The check-in process was quick and efficient, which created a positive first impression. However, several aspects of our stay fell short of expectations, particularly in relation to service and responsiveness. Upon arrival in our room, we discovered that the television was not functioning. Attempts to contact reception were unsuccessful, as no one could be reached. Breakfast service was especially disappointing. After waiting over 20 minutes without being attended to, we had to clear a table ourselves in order to be seated. Despite staff witnessing this, no assistance was offered. When we requested clean cutlery, it took more than 10 minutes, and we ultimately had to retrieve it ourselves from the kitchen. Additionally, a staff member accidentally broke a glass at the breakfast buffet and left large shards of glass on the counter near the coffee machine. Unfortunately, I sustained a minor scratch as a result, having not noticed the broken glass in time. Poolside service was similarly lacking. On multiple occasions, I had to go up to the restaurant three or four times to reorder water or other beverages, as my orders were repeatedly not delivered. On one occasion, I waited over 20 minutes in the restaurant just to receive a bottle of water—an unpleasant experience, particularly in 26°C heat.
