− Le matelas et le couvre matelas étaient très usés avec plusieurs taches; Il faut remplacer l'un et l'autre de toute urgence pour garantir l'hygiène et la propreté de la chambre

8.0The location right next to the Berri metro station (3 metro lines connect there), bike path and bixi bikes stand is as good as it gets in Montréal. The place overall is very cozy and feels like a true bed and breakfast. There was a mini fridge in my room and free water bottles.
− I had one of the smaller rooms. It was very cozy and clean but it could use more storage space and hangers. For more than 3 nights you end up having to live off your suitcase and wrinkly clothes.

10.0Les personnes de la réception sont très sympathiques et très accueillantes. L'emplacement est très bien avec un accès au métro à 100m mais on peut aussi visiter à pied. Le café est délicieux.
− L'accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier escarpé. Ce qui ne pose aucun problème si on n'a pas de problèmede mobilité.

− Air conditioning was weak $10.00 per item of luggage per day for storage where we have had numerous other hotels offer this service for FREE.
