− The creaking sound when walking up stairs. Would like more variety or options for tea, I like my rooibos but was not provided
i was also not given a family room, the room was too small although i had booked family suite
1.0the room i was given 201 had no heater, the aircon could only blow cold air and it was in wintter, when i asked i was told they would give me another blanket which they did not
− there was no heater, the room was dirty
