3.0Location was fab. Bathroom was filthy. Boiler didn't work, had freezing cold shower! Definitely wasn't worth the money. If the boiler was fixed and the property had a good clean it wouldn't of been so bad.

1.0Nothing.The property was filthy. Unsafe flooring and windows held with duct tape. The freezer was a block of ice with broken shelves and old food. On checking with the local council, the property isn't licensed, which is a criminal offence.
− Caledonia Luxe Stays, also known as FLYT Stays, refused any refund and did nothing to help . They broke off all contact and blocked our number.. We had to move out and lose money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

− Unfortunately the bed settee in the living room was very lumpy, and it felt like the frame which appeared to be of metal construction was digging into you as you were trying to get to sleep so little sleep achieved for the people using this bed.
