Very disappointed all around with our Anniversary stay!Will not return or recommend!
5.0Mantinance guy worked as fast as he could to try to help us.
− We checked in went to our room to drop off our stuff.Went to the lounge to eat and have a drink as we were there for our Anniversary. Bartender was good Flat breads were ok nothing special drinks were cold.We went back to our room and couldn't get in the lock was not working.They had to change us from our balcony suite to a different room no balcony. We had to wait for them to open the other room which he had to tske the lock apart,so we could retrieve our belongings .Needless to say our whole night was ruined by this! Breakfast tasted microwaved scrambled eggs had no taste sausage was cold we were some of the first couple of people there.English muffin was hard ended up throwing it all away and eating a bowl of cereal and my husband had a waffle.Orange Juice tasted bad! Do better
