− Stairs to the upstairs bedroom were difficult. Upstairs bedrooms were dormers, so not easy to move around. Approach road full of potholes. Heating pre set to max out at 21C.

9.0Lovely, peaceful and quirky cottage, great location (close to Wanlockhead Inn, equally quirky!).
− Maybe better lighting from upstairs for night-time loo visits! Otherwise, no issues.

8.0Lovely character property in a great location. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Lovely crisp linen and generous hospitality tray. Local pub literally in stepping distance fir food and drink
− Parking for 2 cars is quite tight and no outside space. Shower needs attention as water went hot and cold
