2.0The greeting from the management team was welcoming. The view from balcony is beautiful. However, the building was surrounded by scaffolding and we were told they are painting but by day 3 we were awakened by drilling outside the bedroom window, the sheets on the master bed were soiled, we had no television service because our phones could not connect to the television set, by the 4th day there was no electricity, we had to leave, find hotel accommodations at the last minute, dispose of our refrigerated items that we purchased, promised a refund for checking out 3 days early due to lack of electricity which at this point, August 29th, 2023, we have not received since the refund confirmation given on August 15th, 2023. We are being given a runaround by Travelnest who is now telling us to contact Expedia. There was no emergency exit plan in place at the time of our stay and now we have been waiting for the last 2 weeks to receive a refund. Unacceptable!
