4.0Arrived at the Southbank location and there was no hotel there in the booking name. I thought i had been scammed. The hotel next door found the contact number for me for the company and after phoning them I was directed to another hotel which I then had to walk to. The worst communication i have ever experienced with a hotel associated with hotels.com
