8.0Wir fanden das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem freuten wir uns über den Pool.
− Das der Pool ständig von einer Horde teils unbeaufsichtigter Kinder belegt war. Sie hinterließen eine nasse Spur im Foyer und vor den Aufzügen. Ein nicht so schönes Bild zeigten die überquellenden Mülleimer vor dem Eingang.

− The hallway, lobby and elevators were always dirty. Didn’t always feel safe with lots of security guards around.

− it seemed like the hotel was also being used for long term shelter which is important but not what i am anticipating when i book a hotel.
the price does not match the quality

− The receptionist knows nothing about our breakfast, not provided any information. The breakfast was limited by price and this condition is not mentioned in booking.com. We noticed broken grab rail on the bathroom. No water available for coffee machine in room.
