− La négligence du personnel nettoyant qui a oublié de jetter les poubelles à the et aussi il n'a pas remplacée le service,the,café,chocolats offert par l'hôtel.pour notre chambre. On a dû demander par plusieurs fois à la réception pour le nettoyage de notre chambre.
