3.0− We had a very disappointing experience. Check-in was listed as 3:00 pm. We arrived at 5:00 pm, and our room was still not ready. We had to wait in the lobby until about 6:30 pm with our newborn, trying to get him to sleep there while my wife had to pump in the lobby and later fell asleep on a chair. It was a very difficult situation, especially with a baby. In addition, none of the electrical outlets on the side of the bed worked, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The receptionist told us that we would be compensated with complimentary parking because of the delayed room, but we still ended up being charged for parking. We unfortunately had to stay in a hotel because of a leak in our apartment, so we were already in a stressful situation, and this stay made it much worse. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

10.0It was very clean and nice better then what I was expecting
− The water pressure was bad
A very reasonable, friendly & comfortable stay minus the minimal negatives. Would definitely recommend.
8.0The building was new & refreshing. It had a great layout once inside. The room was very intelligently designed. It was super clean & functioned well once you realized there was a master switch for some of the electrical system. Will definitely plan to return if in the area again.
− The parking area was awkward driving in. There was no pickup/dropoff entrance to allow for checking. As clean as everything was, the towels had very dark stains on them that should have been treated or just not used. The breakfast offered provided only one option for protein (where were the eggs?) The food options are great for children & everyone whose diet is based on carbs.
