7.0Utsikten är härlig. Närheten till service bekväm och vardagsrummet är stort och luftigt. Plus för att det fanns det mesta man kunde behöva för att göra matsäck. Sovrummen fräscha med bekväma sängar
− Doften man möts av i entrén är instängd, unken. I badrummet kan man ana mögellukt. Vissa delar av lägenheten behöver renoveras och fräschas upp
