9.0Perfect location. We walked across the street to a nice Mexican restaurant. The rooms were nice and clean.
− Having a keycode instead of a physical key led to confusion at checkout when we were fossil hunting and returning and they didn't see a car so they thought we had left. They called and we figured it out. They were wonderful and we will stay here again.
It was an okay place but would stay somewhere else next time I come to kemmerer
4.0It was centrally located, and staff was nice enough.good price for the room. I hope they can get back to booking.com in a timely manner
− They didn’t take my payment from booking.com and charged me again then once I checked out they said that there was a grey blanket and two towels missing but only my boyfriend showered and there was no grey blanket on the bed like photos from the booking show, the toilet handle fell off and they apparently knew about that before we stayed, overall was a little frustrating.
