6.0It is older place our room was clean had small full sized fridge ,microwave and deep tub plenty hot water but when arrived there was a note and waited 10 min for any asssistance but was fast and smooth check in rooms clean n parking right in front the room i liked that screen doors were on the room and lock on screen door as well

10.0If I could give this hotel a clean stars I would just your basic hotel but the owners are extremely pleasant very friendly very hospitable and they offer smoking rooms which I'm absolutely a fan of... So if you're in the Gilman area and looking for quaint cozy hotel room with extremely pleasant owners this is the place to stay.
