1.0המיקום מעולה נוף מדהים הדירה היתה נקיה. ולריו האחראי מאד אדיב ונותן שירות מעולה לדעתי צריך לשים ליד המיטות מנורות לילה
− בבניין הצמוד לדירה בונים ועושים רעש מהשעה 7:30 בבקר גנרטור מנוף וקדיחות. באנו לחופש ושקט והתאכזבנו מאד על זה שלא כותבים באתר שיש רעש בדירה מהבנייה.

− lose WC Sitze , fehlende Handtuchhalter, Türen schleifen am Boden und schliessen nicht richtig. spärlich ausgestattete Küche ( fehlende Schüsseln und Kochlöffel), leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen des Apartments ( defekter Terrassenboden)
