Exceptional stay on the lake and still convenient to town.

The staff from check in to the restaurant and housekeeping were sensational. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The location on the lake is gorgeous as are the grounds. Just about a 10-15 minute ride into the main town. Truly exceptional stay. We would highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful property with a nice view of the lake from rooms and restaurant. The restaurant had amazing food and service! Excellent location we walked from the hotel up the hill to the Rock of Guatape.

People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs.
