2.0− When we arrived at the hotel we asked at reception for a quiet room at the back. We were told that although our room faced the front, there were very few cars and the noise would not be a problem. We didn't sleep more than 4 hours a night. The room faced a bar with loud patrons and the cars and motorbikes were also very loud. We couldn't change rooms even though we were there for seven days. I was given a packet of biscuits and rusks (gluten-free) for breakfast. I had previously pointed out that I cannot eat gluten.
