− Dear Daniela, the cleaning procedure is underway, probably in 30 minutes or something will be ready, thanks for your patience, I will text you as soon as the cleaning service is done, Pasquale from HFA This message i recived at 12.27. One h later i ve send him another message to tell me something! But....he said that the cleaning stuff is not responding cuz it s cleanning. Than at around 2o clock,the cleaning stuff arrived at the app to clean it! Wtf...Paqcuale..you could say,that the app is not ready from the beggining,because we spend 2h on a curv,waiting to enter the app,that you said it s gonna be ready in probably 30 min! So,for this,i ll gave you 3.stars from.10!

Non era male, ma poteva andare meglio!
5.0L'appartamento e' posizionato nella zona dei tipici carrugi genovesi (vicoli strettissimi) nel centro storico, a due passi dal porto, dai negozi e dai locali. Unica pecca e' che i carruggi sono praticamente quasi completamente presidiati da extracomunitari. Addentrandosi in queste viuzze la sensazione e' stata di un ambiente molto degradato e poco sicuro. Per fortuna Vico dietro il Coro delle Vigne sbuca su Piazza Soziglia che e' popolata da negozi e locali. Per raggiungere l'appartamento, da Piazza Soziglia ci si deve addentrare nel Vico per poche decine di metri. E' sconsigliato entrare nel Vico dalla parte opposta, soprattutto la sera.
− L'appartamento non era particolarmente pulito, pieno di polvere nei comodini e sulle scrivanie delle camere. Nel letto dei ragazzi abbiamo trovato un biscottino ammuffito, il lenzuolo era sopra il piumino, anzicche' il contrario. In cucina non c'erano presine, ne' un panno che ci sarebbe stato utile sia per asciugare gli schizzi sul piano sia per pulire il tavolo da pranzo, visto che non c'era neanche una tovaglia. Tre piccoli bidoncini per la differenziata forniti di buste, che in 4 persone, abbiamo riempito in 2 giorni, e non c'erano altre buste da sostituire. Bagno non finestrato.
