10.0Good location nice people and good food. The Spa is a bit small but very nice to go to.

2.0If you want a terrible night sleep, stay here. The hotel was empty but I was put in the room next to reception which is honestly terrible unless you don't want to sleep. There is a big gap between the floor and the door so you might as well just leave the door open at this stage. When I asked if I could be moved to another room, I was told I would have to pay extra to upgrade. If a hotel can't provide the basics of a quiet room, it doesn't meet its primary function. Train staff on customer service and make room 1 an extention of reception.
