− La camera è risultata polverosa e trascurata. Terrazzino con vecchi pezzi di mobilio accantonati. Bagno senza sifone pertanto maleodorante. TV con piedini rotti e non funzionante.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La posizione è comodissima per qualsiasi spostamento, a 5 min a piedi dalla metro, zona tranquilla, anche per tornare all’alloggio tardi. Personale molto cordiale. Consigliato

Lo que más nos gustó fué la ubicación, la limpieza, la cama y la oscuridad del cuarto.

− Nos prometieron por la mensajería de Booking el checkin para las 13hs y no nos permitió la entrada hasta las 14hs. El desayuno y un problema con el agua caliente de la ducha.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

Localization

− Our experience was disappointing from the very beginning. Despite having paid for the entire reservation through Booking.com,the host refused to let us into the room until we paid the tourist tax upfront for the whole stay. We were happy to pay it, but the way the situation was handled was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and check-in was conducted over a phone call instead of providing all the necessary instructions in one clear message. I also heard that other guests had been subjected to the same process in the middle of the night, which is simply unacceptable. The accommodation itself was far below expectations. The furniture was old and worn, the bathroom was dirty and smelled strongly of urine, and there were someone else’s hairs on the towel. The mattress underneath the top one was visibly dirty. There was also water in a glass bottle in the fridge, with no indication of when or how it had been filled. There were no proper glasses or mugs, only two small plastic cups, and no kettle. The internet connection was poor, while the TV was so tiny it seemed to be there just to tick a box on the list of advertised amenities. For this price, the standard of cleanliness, facilities and overall service was unacceptable. Having visited Rome several times, I know what to expect from accommodation in this location and price range. This stay fell well below those expectations. I would not recommend this place. Poor communication, an unnecessarily complicated check-in, questionable hygiene and inadequate amenities made this stay a very disappointing experience and certainly not worth the money.
