10.0The fridge had free bottled water, milk and even soya milk for vegans and lactose intolerant guests.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I would come again, bit next time ask for a different room

− My room, although very clean and attractive, was in the basement. It was net to the housekeeping facilities and the lounge and it got quite noisy at times. Also, there was some kind of machine that was humming all night.

7.0Booked last minute because of the location. The price was high, but apparently too low for London. It was an ok experience after all, I could sleep well. Snacks and water in the room.
− Note that if you book an economy room, it's the only one room of this kind, and it's in the basement, in between technical and staff rooms, with a window view to some storage room. It's ok to have it, but the description should be better, upgrade was not possible. Invoice is available only a week after stay, not convenient for business travel.
