− A acústica do quarto é péssima, você consegue ouvir tudo que o quarto vizinho está fazendo.
As fotos são diferentes da realidade. Tem muito potencial, localização ótima, porém TUDO precisa de manutenção, paredes

− Limpeza muito ruim. Lençóis manchados, o banheiro não parecia ter sido lavado. A taxa do pet acredito que poderia já ter sido somada ao valor, chegando lá descobri que a taxa era por dia.
