10.0Had a really wonderful ful holliday, the accommodation was fantastic with a extra large Viranda, brilliant outdoor pool area, and then there more of a surprise with a fantastic indoor pool, our granddaughter LOVED Both.
− Only that we could not get day time tv and distance To the bus stop, it might be worth looking at running A mini bus service up to top of the hill for a little cost to cover mini bus expense

6.0The staff were friendly and helpfull Surroundings were clean .
− I booked what i thought was a pet friendly deluxe 3bed caravan , the actuall bedrooms and toilet shower room kitchen were fine except for the twin bedroon raidiator and kitchen radiator were heavily stained yellow with i dont really want to guess with what, the carpet was disgusting in living room part of van, it was very stained and looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time, my granddaughters feet were filthy after walking back and forth on it so had to make sure we all wore socks or slipon shoes. We had no towels ,which we had to wait untill next day to receive ,and no wifi code on key or box so security came up and phoned someone for it as there was no phone signal in the area which is no good as i have a disability and had to go to the road to find signal to call the security , overall though newquay is a lovely place.

− Cool wäre gewesen, wenn die Anlage noch etwas näher am Meer gewesen wäre. Aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld bereits.
