Horriable for me and my 82 year old mother.
1.0rude. no host, had to help w their food delivery to restaurant. no contenentail breakfast. no one there to restock it on day of check out. only water on the ground
− The owner kept me in the room from the night before and I ipaid for an upgraded room and they did not give me any monetary change They tricked me into staying in a dirty room and kept the difference for the bigger room and thought they would ge able to get more for it on the webpage and never even rented it. They kept me in a standard room on the 3rd floor had otehr rooms, my mother could not get up the stairs first night she was affraid. Owner said I could NOT leave the room when they were closing up their restaurant. The second day in the am I found the bathroom in the back of their unlocked restaurant down stairs, the husband was nice but when the wife came in the evening to do her restaurant she was very nasty. She told me my moher was a liablility then she discriminated against my mother where we had no other to go to dinner and locked us out of the property. I had to feed my mother leftovers from the drive there the night before, and my moher slept in the car in the parking lot. I want a full refund for the night of the booking with you. It was a disaster. the next am we left before anyone even woke up. My mother is 82 it was her birthday we wanted to eat in the nice dining room she tried to give us a seat in a dirty non table clothed room and was very nasty.. She locked us out of hte property and told me earlier I could not leave my room because my mom was a liability. because she walks with a kabne andhas deminisha.
