− We booked 2 rooms 1 queen bed and the other twin beds ; we were given two rooms with twin beds, when i asked they said someone was going to call me back and no one did, when i saw them in the building they said it was booking fault, all access is via door and i was sent the link for latch, my parents are elderly and couldn’t use their phone except for phone call, and i asked for a card key and they apologized but didn’t have it , when i arrived the code for the door wasn’t working. The service on the elevator isn’t good so you have to make sure you keep the. Elevator open until you unlock the elevator
