Disappointing but could so easily have been excellent if managed better.
7.0The property was great, had everything you needed in a lovely setting.
− We arrived to the place being cold with the heating off, a dirty fridge, dirty dish cloths, a dishwasher that clearly needed some TLC with lack of rinse aid and salt therefore not cleaning that well. We had no response to a request to ask for these issues to be fixed and no new dish cloths. You are expected to strip the bed on leaving, which is a bit of a cheek when a large chuck of the cost is a cleaning payment but with the threat of the £300 security deposit you dare not do as instructed! Following our stay it took a month for a response to my comments with a very small gesture payment offered for the inconvenience.

− Het huisje wordt helaas niet professioneel schoongemaakt, maar dienen gasten na verblijf zelf te doen. Hierdoor wordt alles oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. Gezien de hoge verblijfskosten valt dit wel tegen en zou je verwachten dat er professioneel schoonmaak is.
