因為去探訪小孩，這間離宿舍很近才訂的，結果入住後發現很多東西都有瑕疵，而且有預繳保證金(垃圾要帶走、餐具要清洗…但不知道標準在哪，所以我們是盡量恢復開始狀態

− 床墊凹陷情況嚴重、高腳椅的椅腳會晃、電視櫃會搖晃、客廳的窗簾掉落、熱水供應不足需要等待、沒有吹風機要自備、蓮蓬頭的水管壞掉、客廳沙發凹陷情況不穩

The apartment is in a great location. No more than a 2-minute walk from the nearest Supertram stop (Shalesmoor for Kelham Island). Less than 5-minutes walk to the Tesco Superstore. Perfect for visiting the Kelham Island Industrial Museum. I was sent the property door entry codes the day before my check-in date. Accessing the apartment block and the apartment itself was straightforward. The Bathroom included a bath as well as an impressive shower arrangement with lashings of hot water. The bathroom is well lit, the heated towel rail keeps the room warm, and there's also a shaver point. The kitchen is well equipped with everything two people need to prepare and serve a cooked meal. All the kitchen appliances were in good working order and straightforward to use. The kitchen is also very well lit. Good lighting in the living area with a comfortable sofa and a large TV. Comfortable bed and lovely clean and fresh bed linens. Ample hanging/drawer/storage space for two peoples' belongings. Another well-lit room with additional bed-side lighting. Bedroom and living-area windows have blackout blinds. The entire apartment is surprisingly spacious and I found it to be spotlessly clean. The heating in the living-area and the bedroom was very effective in the cold month of January. Very good internet connection. The apartment block was very quiet. I heard no street-noise nor any disturbance from other residents in the block. I felt that myself (a female lone traveller) and my belongings were safe and secure. Should I visit Sheffield again I will definitely consider returning to this property.

Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse prima. Guter Anschluss zu Bus und Straßenbahn. Grosses Schlafzimmer und Bad. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Schnelle Hilfe wegen einer defekten Gardine. Sehr netter Mitarbeiter.

− Die Gardine/Sonnenblende im Wohnzimmer war halb herunter gerissen als wir die Wohnung betraten, was einen ziemlich heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte. Eine neue war wohl bestellt, uns aber nicht mitgeteilt. Die kaputte wurde dann am nächsten Tag geklebt, was dazu führte, dass die Wohnung für den Rest des Aufenthaltes nach Klebstoff roch. Das Apartment war an vielen Stellen abgenutzt, Schimmel an der Dichtung der Badewanne, Staubbälle unter dem Sofa. Die Beine des Sofas waren locker, weshalb wir uns nicht trauten zu zweit darauf zu sitzen. Im gemeinsamen Eingangshof roch es mehr als einmal nach Pot.Der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht.

Nicely modern equipped apartment with everything you need. High quality kitchen area with all the basics available, even a rice cooker! The area is a bit out of the City Centre which makes it less noisy, but everything is still in a easily reachable distance by foot.

− There could have been more household supplies for the washing machine and for kitchen area like washing tabs and dishwashing liquids. It would be also nice to have basic cooking spices and salt available. Dishwasher would be nice
