9.0Beautiful location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Lots to do in the resort itself - daily activities and shows. The food was great - a very nice variety and buffet style so you can choose what good suits you. So much about this stay was amazing . Looks exactly like the pictures . White sand private beach with security.
− The WiFi connection is poor . It is available in all public areas but it lags and has really poor connections which is a major inconvenience. Would suggest they get extenders for other areas (especially the rooms) and a better network provider for the connection. Another thing to be cognisant of is that not all the tourists understand Swahili or Italian so when playing the games or doing the activities with the animation team - to primarily speak English which everyone can understand or play the games in English , Italian and Swahili continuously so nobody feels left out or is confused.
