Problemática
4.0A estrutura do local é bem compatível com as fotos, organizado, limpo e fica bem próxima a região central. O café da manhã é fresquinho e delicioso. Apesar das confusões os funcionários foram cordiais.
− O horário da recepção é restrito, o que limita muito o atendimento aos hóspedes e check in/out. Avisei pelo app o horário de chegada e prontamente responderam que não teria recepção mas o auto check in estaria liberado, ao chegar na pousada o quarto informado estava trancado. Não consegui assistência da pousada, tive de ir até a recepção e retirar a chave, ao entrar no quarto não havia roupa de cama, havia lixo no chão e claramente não havia sido limpo desde o último hóspede, fui até a recepção e consegui encontrar roupa de cama e banho para ao menos passar a noite. As 5:30h um funcionário abriu o quarto, nos dando um susto e logo se desculpou. Na entrega do café da manhã fomos informadas de que outro quarto havia sido preparado para nós e fizemos a mudança para o local correto.
