8.0The location was amazing, close to everything. However, as the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, taxis cannot pick you up directly outside the hotel. We only had to walk about three minutes to a nearby pickup point to book a taxi. The reception staff were excellent, always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. The sofa bed was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, sink, small fridge-freezer, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. There was also a coffee machine, and we were provided with coffee capsules.
− The hotel needs a little more attention to detail. For example, the housekeeping staff provided towels for only two people, even though there were four of us. The same happened with the bottled water, so I had to call and ask for extra supplies every day. We also didn't like the breakfast service. It was quite difficult to find suitable food for the kids. Although there was a breakfast menu from which we could order, we felt the overall selection could have been more family-friendly.

− The only thing that wasn’t entierly satisfactory was that it cost extra to get orange juice at breakfast.
