9.0Location - easy access to city center by metro (10 minutes), bus (15 minutes), walk (40 minute). Direct train or metro from airport to Sants station which is a 5 minute walk to hotel. A wide choice of cafes and restaurants around the hotel and a supermarket if need be.

Our stay at Via Sants was fantastic.
10.0The entire experience was awesome. The facility itself was clean and cheerful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The included breakfast buffet was extensive. The most impressive aspect of our stay was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was pleasant and helpful. A special shout out goes for Jessica. As first time visitors to Barcelona we were clueless and we had many questions. She was very patient, completely knowledgeable and treated us like a trusted friend. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. I wish someone like Jessica greeted us at every hotel we visited. Visiting Barcelona was a fantastic experience and the Via Sants hotel stay contributed to that experience.
