10.0The location of the property is superb. Walking distance to train/underground station less than 300 meters to Paddington Station & Lancaster Gate Station. Easy to go to everywhere from the property either by bus or tube or train.

Strictly no smoking, no parties. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important.
